2. Installation of Larger-Sized Trees/Shrubs and transplants are considered specialty services and do not encompass normal installation practices.
Warrantees
Tree spaded and hand dug specimen trees and shrubs are conditionally warranted for (1) one year from the date of installation:
The trees/shrubs are conditionally warranted. This requires that you report any unhealthy appearances and/or occurrences immediately. This allows and ELA agent to inspect the plant and make recommendations for care prior to a possible death.
3. Transplanted Plants:
Plants transplanted on site are not warranted. However, we have had experienced excellent results by implementing good horticultural practices.
