This project’s main focal point is an elaborate two tier Retaining Wall. Planting beds are built into each tier giving a natural approach to the structure. At the apex of the wall is a spacious Brick Paver Patio bordered by Bluestone. Additionally, A Bluestone Pathway leads to a Parking Court area composed of decorative Concrete Pavers. Continuing on the Bluestone Path you approach a grand Staircase with a large Pier on the right. The Staircase is constructed from the same material as the Retaining Wall. Bluestone Trends tie the Staircase into the other features of the project. Matching brick colored pavers are included under the newly constructed deck. The front of the residence also features a Parking Court with walkways to the front door.

Front Yard Requirements:

• Refine drive circulation to achieve a more    functional entry space
• Introduce decorative paving into large    asphalt pre-existing areas

Rear Yard Requirements:

• Create an intermediate transition between    the deck and the driveway
• Remove the deck to create a porch-like feel
• Work around the existing septic system to    transition into the rear yard
• Install deer-resistant plant material
