General Overview

This Backyard Retreat consists of a Multilevel Terrace with Outdoor Cooking Station, Pond/Waterfall, and
Naturalistic Plantings. Cultured Stone Walls were utilized to match the stone used for the residence. Irregular Flagstone was used for the Patio Flooring, and Lilac colored Capstones for the staircase. Extensive Landscape Lighting extends the use of the Outdoor Room.

Project Requirements

  Creating a Unique Multi-level     terrace using Natural Stone to     facilitate 50 + individuals

  Outdoor entertaining was     essential therefore, the Outdoor     Kitchen was built.

  The element of Water was     requested

  Landscape Lighting

  Low Maintenance Plantings

• Have the undisputed best     backyard in the community

Challenges/Constraints

Township Code required     railings on the upper terrace.    This was eliminated with the     use of Multiple Walls

Blending four different building     stones: Cultured Wallstone,     Lilac Wall Coping, Irregular     Flagstone, and PA Fieldstone
    for Paths

 Working in creative details as     the project transformed
